A Day of Freedom
This is the story of a day of freedom.
Today we went to church and talked about Heavenly Father,
Jesus, and the Holy Ghost. It made our
hearts feel good. No one told us we
couldn’t.
When we got home we talked to our friends about what they
learned in their churches and what we learned in ours. We learned about each other and Heavenly
Father and we all grew closer together.
No one told us we couldn’t.
Then we read books about different ideas about how things
around us work. We then decided what we
thought was true and what we thought was good to fill our minds with. No one told us we couldn’t.
Heavenly Father gave us the ability to choose for
ourselves, so we could grow. It was one
of the best gifts He gave us. He also
gave us a land where we would be able to make more choices.
